Job Hunt Recipe is operated by Elevate Media Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what happens to information when you visit the site or subscribe to the newsletter.
What we collect
- Email address and subscription details. When you subscribe, Beehiiv receives your email address, signup source, time, subscription status, and related delivery information.
- Newsletter engagement. Beehiiv may record delivery, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and similar engagement so we can operate and improve the newsletter.
- Basic technical information. Netlify, Beehiiv, their security providers, and Google Fonts may receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and time. Beehiiv’s embedded form also uses anti-spam and bot-protection technology.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site. Please do not submit it.
How we use information
- create and maintain your newsletter subscription;
- send the welcome email and future Job Hunt Recipe emails;
- deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and newsletter;
- understand newsletter performance and signup sources; and
- comply with law, prevent abuse, and protect our rights and users.
Who handles information
We use Beehiiv to collect subscriptions, manage the audience, send emails, and measure newsletter engagement. We use Netlify to host this website. We use Google Fonts to deliver some typefaces. Past-issue images are served from Beehiiv’s media network. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may use their subprocessors.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect people, the service, or our legal rights. We do not sell your email address or subscriber information.
Cookies and similar technology
The landing page does not currently run our own advertising or audience analytics. Beehiiv’s embedded signup form and its security providers may use cookies or similar technology to operate the form, prevent spam and fraud, and preserve signup attribution. Google Fonts and the hosting services receive ordinary web requests when their resources load.
Retention
Beehiiv keeps subscription and engagement records while your subscription is active and as needed to operate the service. If you unsubscribe, limited suppression information may be retained so we can honor that choice. Hosting and security logs are retained according to provider settings and legitimate security needs. We may retain information longer when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your subscription by emailing Contact@ElevateMedia.ai. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Children
Job Hunt Recipe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
If our data practices materially change, we will update this policy and its effective date. Any future analytics, advertising, accounts, payments, surveys, or additional signup fields will require a matching policy review before launch.
